Maple Mercantile return/exchange policy
Our small business depends on our customers and their satisfaction. If you have questions about the fit of a certain item we are happy to chat with you! Join our VIP Facebook Group and start the conversation or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We try our best to ensure that all items are defect free before shipping out but some flaws may escape our notice.
Please let us know ASAP if your order is less than perfect. We will do our best to replace or refund flawed items. (Refunds will be sent to the original payment method)
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order because of fit or style issues, we offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items must have tags still on
- Items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Intimates such as bralettes and bodysuits are not eligible for return
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email email@example.com with the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE
- Let us know which items you wish to return or exchange
- Pack items in original packaging if possible or use a new plastic mailer to protect the items from mailing damage
- Cost of return shipping is paid by the customer
- Ship items back to us within 7 days of initiating the return
Credit or Exchange
- Store credit will be issued via a promo code within 48 hours sent to your email for your full item cost less shipping and any discounts on the original order.
- Exchanges will be sent out within 48 hours once the items are received at Maple Mercantile. Maple Mercantile pays exchange shipping!
- Customer pays all return shipping fees. These will not be refunded.
- Lost or damaged returns will be handled on a case by case basis. USPS damage will be reported and dealt with via USPS.
- Return items deemed unable to be resold (wear, dirt, damage) can be returned again to the customer at their expense.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
